Friday Sector Laggards: Computers, Metals & Mining Stocks

In trading on Friday, computers shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 6.3%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Brocade Communications Systems N (NASDAQ:BRCD), off about 31.7% and shares of Novatel Wireless (NASDAQ:NVTL) off about 24.3% on the day.

Also lagging the market Friday are metals & mining shares, down on the day by about 6% as a group, led down by Usec (NYSE:USU), trading lower by about 16.7% and Sino Clean Energy (NASDAQ:SCEI), trading lower by about 13.7%.
