Southwest is running a 30 Million Point Giveaway, where you can register and get up to 100 free Rapid Rewards points per week for answering trivia questions and playing online games. It’s not terribly exciting, but if you do all six weeks then 600 points = $10 towards a Southwest Wanna Get Away airfare. New members also get 250 points for signing up, and everyone can get 500 points for signing up for e-mail newsletters.
The answers for the first week are: D,A,D,D, Unlimited, Blackout, Expire. Expired
The answers for the second week are: C (amount and type of fare), D (all), A (true), A (business select), CBA (top to bottom)
The Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Plus Credit Card is currently offering 25,000 Rapid Rewards points after first purchase for an annual fee of $69, worth a “Free Flight”. This is based on the fact that a roundtrip $416 Wanna Get Away fares would cost 24,960 points. In reality, the value of the bonus is simply $416 towards Southwest airfare, broken up into multiple tickets as you like, like with the rest of the Rapid Rewards points you earn elsewhere.
